Our journey began with a personal challenge
My partner and I embarked on a journey to find our perfect home, much like many middle-aged couples. We quickly realized that purchasing, rather than renting, was the ideal path given the current market. As a former real estate broker, I viewed the market through the eyes of a buyer, and we were struck by the disparity between prices and the actual condition and square footage of most homes. Many properties required significant work or lacked immediate appeal.
From personal experience to a powerful vision
I realized that if even I, with my real estate background, struggled to see past these initial impressions, countless other buyers must feel the same. We often found ourselves walking through homes, envisioning "if it was like this, or changed that, or added this, it wouldn't still be on the market." We eventually chose a home that resonated with us, and I personally worked on bringing our vision for parts of it to life. This experience solidified my belief: if an agent could effectively showcase a home's true potential, it wouldn't remain unsold for long. The only reason we considered our home was its ideal bed/bath count and a lower price point. As a past real estate broker, I knew the hidden value.

My career spanned selling, renting, management, brokering Owner-financed notes, and wholesaling properties, offering me a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape from every angle. This extensive background provides the unique insights that drive Dream Vision's innovative approach to property visualization.
